All our prices are fixed, however, if an item isn't sold after 2 months, there's a possibility of a price reduction.

Yes, we ship worldwide for free through DHL for orders value $850 and above (AED3000) and for orders below $850 we charge AED150 for shipping. We ship within 48 hours after receiving your payments (excluding weekends and public holidays) whereas the transit time is as follows:
GCC from 2 to 3 days and rest of the world from 2 to 4 days.

We offer free delivery and shipping for orders value of AED3000 ($800) and above

For orders below AED3000 we charger AED35 for local delivery in UAE and for international orders, we ship using DHL Express.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the regulations of their respective country. While we would love to assist in reducing or waiving these fees, we are required to declare the full value of your purchase.

Shop sales are final, no returns, no exchange, nor refund due to the natural of the consigned item.

Online orders (Local & International): If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of the date received in the same condition, full packing (dust bag, cards...etc), and the closet's black security tag MUST be attached to accept returns. We will issue refund within 24 hours of receipt and all refunds will be done only through the original method of payment.

For international orders returns, a tracking number must be provided. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description and view the photos carefully and do not hesitate to ask more questions and request more photos.

Watches: Warranty of 3 days from the date of purchase (When watch is found to be in not proper working order. roof of purchase is required. Exchange for equal value or more. Watches must be in same condition purchased with full package.

Yes, The Luxe Society is required by law (Law 52-2017, article 29) to collect VAT for UAE orders only.
